The AI Honey Paradox

Knowing when not to use something is just as important a skill as knowing how to use it.

In 2026, everyone, including me, is using AI. Some use it for coding, some for UI, and others for fun. It doesn't matter what you are doing. If you integrate AI into your business process or your life, you should ask yourself this essential question: Should I really use AI for this process?

AI might be the best thing humanity has ever created. At the same time, rejecting it could be the most disastrous mistake humanity has ever made.

When everything was still just beginning, we discovered something. We use AI to be successful in our lives and businesses, but sometimes this can lead to failure rather than success. I would like to explain this with an example: eating a spoonful of honey sweetens your mouth and might bring a smile to your face. However, after eating a kilogram of honey, you won't be able to go about your life as usual.

At this point, AI is also going through a similar process. Companies have been adding AI to every product, even those that don't need any AI features. People and companies are wasting both time and money by using AI to do certain tasks that they could probably complete more quickly without it.

Everything you’ve read points to one thing: People or companies that know where not to use artificial intelligence will likely hold the key to the future.

In other words, they are like those who know honey is sweet but consume it wisely, focusing on their health rather than just the taste.
